Good food, friendly service. Only advice is do NOT go here during peak hours (lunch or dinner) because they are busy and the line is long. I was car #4 when I entered the drive thru line at noon and it took me a little over 10 minutes to get to the service window.
I absolutely LOVE Gem in and out. however the past few times my order has been wrong, and or im waiting 20+ minutes at the window just for my order to be incorrect. I support because I enjoy the food and that it's local. Personally I fear the issue is they need to fix the speaker boxes so employees can understand orders and make sure it's not incorrect by repeating it. (I usually don't leave reviews but this is now the sixth time Ive gotten home (across town) and it's completely wrong. again I want to reiterate I LOVE the food just the quality of service via drive thru has gone down significantly. i recommend dining inside.)
